It is possible to operate in the Czech Republic according to the CEPT Recommendation T/R 61-01.
Holders of CEPT licenses are authorised to transmit in accordance with the Czech Class A. See our appropriate pages Czech Regulations for HAM Radio Part - I. - http://www.crk.cz/ENG/ZOEKE and Czech Regulations for HAM Radio - Part II. - http://www.crk.cz/ENG/156_2005E.
Holders of the Novice Class in accordance with the Recommendation ECC.(05)06 are authorised to transmit in Czech Class N.
Other possibility is to apply for the Czech license in accordance with the CEPT Recommendation T/R 61-02 (HAREC). Send an application with a photocopy of your home licence and a HAREC to:

The seat of the Office is Prague: Czech Telecommunication Office, Sokolovska 219, Praha 9, but it is not the mailing address!
The applicant costs are 500,- CZK (approximatively 20 Euro).
